Lift the ball starting from a below-knee position.Instructions:
Bounce the ball and lift it when the rebound is lower than the knee.We learn to use the upper side of the hand with a wrist extension movement.
We must change from a straight arm movement to a "slap" from the back of the hand under the ball.
